Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Can each participant have a dedicated microphone?

Yes. We can scope individual microphones with the technical team, alongside speaker coverage and other audio requirements.

Are DAs and a switcher always required?

No. Distribution amplifiers and switchers are specified according to the number of sources, displays, signal requirements, and venue equipment.

What do you need to begin?

Your venue, dates, participant count, room layout if available, and general presentation and audio needs. Known venue equipment and restrictions are also helpful.
